While we experienced increased activity in all market sectors, investment sales were the largest portion of our total transaction volume for 2018, about 40 percent. Land sales also increased 60 percent above the total acres transacted in 2017. We think this is indicative of our strong economy continuing into 2019 as we see these sites being developed into more commercial real estate opportunities and investments for the downstate region we service.
