Burns & McDonnell adds regional manager for design-build

ST. LOUIS — Burns & McDonnell has expanded its Construction/Design-Build team with the addition of Chad Cotter, a professional experienced in services needed to envision, engineer and execute major projects for power generation, utilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, refining, chemical process, aviation, and water treatment facilities.

cotter chadCotter is regional global practice manager in the St. Louis office of Burns & McDonnell, where he works with clients in the Midwest and across the country. He brings two decades of experience.

Cotter leads a team of design and construction professionals in St. Louis, where he has lived and worked his entire life. He is a professional engineer in Illinois and long has been involved in leadership in construction organizations; he’s on the board of directors, for example, for the Association for Union Contractors, a trade organization that represents more than 2,000 contractor companies.
