  • Christ Church leased 7,220 square feet of retail space at 1902 Vandalia from Troy Development LLC. Kunkel Commercial Group Inc represented both parties.

  • PHM, LLC, purchased an approximate 20,000-square-foot building at 4211 and 4215 South State 159 from Spring Bancorp, Inc. Kunkel Commercial Group represented the buyer and Lawyers Realty Co., LLC represented the seller.
