IMPACT lands second project in North Dakota town

IMPACT Strategies of Fairview Heights has been awarded construction of a $1.8 million retail development in Minot, N.D. The project is the company’s second retail development project in Minot, a town experiencing an immense construction boom as a result of the flourishing oil drilling business in the state. Last October, IMPACT completed site preparations for developer U.S. Properties Group for a Kohl’s Department Store retail center there.
The 8,240-square-foot Panera Centre development is an outlot building within the Kohl’s retail development site. The project started in June and is expected to be ready in October 2013 for the operations of Panera Bread.
